Clean Cities Coordinators who register to attend the Energy Independence Summit 2012 and living in the eastern and central time zone will receive two (2) complimentary hotel room nights at the conference hotel courtesy of TEP. If you live in the mountain and pacific time zones you will receive three (3) complimentary hotel room nights courtesy of TEP. All individuals will be responsible for their own incidental charges such as telephone calls, in-room services, etc. and will be expected to pay for these charges at check-out. At check-out the room night and tax that TEP will be responsible for (based on the above criteria) will be automatically transferred from your account to the TEP master account. You will only be responsible for additional non-approved room nights and or your individual incidental charges.
