Several key tax incentives for alternative fuels, vehicles, and infrastructure expired on December 31, 2011. Curt Beaulieu, Tax Counsel for Senator Orrin Hatch discussed the outlook for extending these critical tax incentives during the current Congress. Senator Hatch is the Ranking Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, which is responsible for tax legislation.
