What is EIS26?
Hosted by Transportation Energy Partners (TEP), the Energy Independence Summit (EIS) is the premier clean transportation policy event in the nation. This flagship event brings together more than 200 Clean Cities & Communities coalition leaders, industry innovators, government stakeholders, and clean transportation advocates from across the country to chart the path forward for domestic energy and transportation policy.

We're seeking engaging, solutions-oriented proposals that:
- Highlight successful models and replicable strategies
- Explore new policy opportunities and market innovations
- Offer practical tools and insights
- Center inclusive, community-based impact

- Deployment strategies, advanced vehicles, grid integration, and tech innovations
Policy & Purpose
- Federal, state, and local policy developments (emphasis on policies that have yielded tangible results, with clear CC&C tie-in), funding and incentive programs, and the economic case for clean fuels
Coalition Management & Leadership
- Capacity building, coalition operations, coalition services best practices, coalition expansion, funding diversification, successful membership/sponsorship models or best practices, and strategic planning
Partnerships & Community Development
- Successful community engagement, workforce development, diversification from federal funding, and public-private collaboration (all through the lens of CC&C involvement/activities)
