      • 1 free registration for TEP member coalitions (register at the $125 rate and you will not be invoiced for one attendee)
      • 1 additional free registration if you bring 3+ stakeholders; 2 free registrations if you bring 6+ stakeholders
  • Non-TEP Members
    • $300 per person (through Jan 9, 2026)
      • 1 free registration if you bring 3+ stakeholders; 1 additional free registration if you bring 6+ stakeholders

EIS26 Travel Stipends​

Travel Stipends for Clean Cities and Communities Coalition Staff (TEP Members Only)
​To support coalition participation, TEP is offering limited travel stipends for coalition coordinators and staff:

• Eastern & Central Time Zones: 1 hotel night
• Mountain & Pacific Time Zones: 2 hotel nights
  (1 traveler per coalition)

Requirements:

• Must be a TEP Member coalition.
• Must book through the TEP Room Block at The Motto by Hilton.
• Must book by January 19, 2026.
